This Belle Excuse oil is made of Koroneïki green olives, picked in late November and pressed the same day. The unfiltered oil is naturally decanted for two months, which eliminates any harmful residue during cooking. Thanks to its climate and the richness of its soil, the Trifilia region produces exceptional olive oil that give a special flavour, with less than 0.3% acidity.
The oil is green with golden hightlights, possessing clear and strong olive and green aromas, with a light, peppery taste. It adds a refined touch to any cooking, enhance the flavour of fish, grilled meats, salads, pasta, vegetables or sauté.
Available in a 500ml ceramic cruet, with a removable pourer.
