Once we verify the competitor's price, we will we will match if not beat it. 

Our commitment to value is about much more than highly competitive prices, it´s about all those extra things that are worth a lot - like expert and impartial advice, or feeling confident that the product you’ve just bought will last a lifetime (or several). It is our mandate to not only improve your quality of living through great design but to also provide you with the best shopping experience possible.

Sale and clearance prices offered by competitors do not qualify. Shipping, handling, currency conversion, or any other cost factors are considered to be part of the price, not just the base price or sticker price of the product. Some manufacturers specify the retail prices of their products. In such cases, we can do no better than match the prices of our competitors, as dictated by the manufacturer.

Policies

Purchased items are available for pickup, local delivery, or shipping. Upon completing your purchase, you will have the option to select Local Pickup or Shipping at checkout.

All orders over $100 that are considered a small or medium parcel will receive free domestic shipping. This condition may not apply to sale items.

Clients who select the ‘Local Pickup’ option will be contacted within 2 business days with confirmation of when and where their items will be available for pickup.

Clients who select the ‘Shipping’ option will be contacted within 2 business days to coordinate details and cost.
