The Louise candleholders are small but significant – much like Grethe Meyer’s many other designs. The Danish architect and designer named the candleholders after Louisiana, the museum of modern art located north of Copenhagen, Denmark. Originally the candleholders were made in aluminium, but for this relaunch they come in mirror polished solid stainless steel with a silver-plated surface.

The robustness of the material adds both personality and exclusivity to the Louise candleholders and the mirror polishing creates a beautiful surface that will patinate with use. Over time the very even and somewhat cool looking surface will turn warmer and obtain that distinct almost noble look of old silver. The Louise candleholders can be polished back to being shiny again at any time. The candleholders can be stacked or styled individually – and they fit both regular candles and tealight candles. The Louise series is geometrically round and cylindric when you stack it. It is pure design with a high functionality.

Conditions & Exceptions

Sale and clearance prices offered by competitors do not qualify. Shipping, handling, currency conversion, or any other cost factors are considered to be part of the price, not just the base price or sticker price of the product. Some manufacturers specify the retail prices of their products. In such cases, we can do no better than match the prices of our competitors, as dictated by the manufacturer.


Policies

Purchased items are available for pickup, local delivery, or shipping. Upon completing your purchase, you will have the option to select Local Pickup or Shipping at checkout.

All orders over $100 that are considered a small or medium parcel will receive free domestic shipping. This condition may not apply to sale items.

Clients who select the ‘Local Pickup’ option will be contacted within 2 business days with confirmation of when and where their items will be available for pickup.

Clients who select the ‘Shipping’ option will be contacted within 2 business days to coordinate details and cost.
