What is the status of my order?
We will be in touch with you within 2 business days to confirm the shipping, delivery or pick up information. Please check your SPAM folders for confirmation email if you do not see any communication from us in your inbox within 2 business days.
When will my order be shipped or delivered?
Depending on the size of items purchased we will ship within 2-3 business days of order confirmation and send you the tracking and carrier information. Local Lower Mainland orders will be dispatched by courier with same day service.
Larger orders requiring extra packaging or securing will be dispatched within 4-5 business days and we will confirm delivery information prior to dispatch.
Local delivery will be set up by appointment through our in house delivery team.
When can I pick up my order?
We will contact you once your order is ready for pick up from our 50 Water Stress showroom. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 10 am to 5:30 pm and we are closed for lunch between 1 and 2 pm.
For Inform Warehouse pick ups a delivery appointment will be set up. Please note no orders will be released from our warehouse without a prior appointment and confirmation.
