Expression of the lengthy research conducted by Cassina on the masterpieces of the great masters, the LC6 Table tube d’avion design table is one of the first studio models introduced by Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand at the Salon D’Automne in Paris in 1929.

The base of this table was designed in 1928 using the ovoidal profiles adopted in aviation to maintain separate the wings of biplanes. The version presented at the Salon d’Automne in 1929 had a rose-coloured printed glass top and a green base; later, Charlotte Perriand developed, among other versions, also a model with a blue top and an ivory-coloured base.

The current version of the iconic rectangular table has a steel base painted in the Le Corbusier palette of colours, while the top comes in glass, textured or tinted thermoformed glass, wood or luxurious white Carrara or black Marquina marble.

Table with a steel enamel frame with four supporting points with steel threaded shanks. Available in a choice of enamel colours. Top in a choice of glass or wood. For more material options please contact us.

Available in two sizes.
